Terms and Conditions
Laras Marketing & Services Sdn Bhd have the right to modify the terms of this agreement and to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our service, in either case, as it deems reasonably necessary. You acknowledge your responsibility to read, understood and agreed to this agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes.
Registration
1. In order to use the service, customers are required to become a registered user. Any registration data or certain other information that we collect is subject to our privacy policy. Email notification will be send to confirm the registration.
2. Customers are responsible to make ensure that the details provided on registration are correct and complete. We will not be liable for any mistake in delivery to an incorrect address.
3. All testimonials submitted, irrevocably grants to Laras Marketing & Services Sdn Bhd, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and those acting with its authority to make use of, reproduce and to otherwise utilize the said testimonial by any means, methods and technologies now known or hereafter discovered, for all promotional, marketing and advertising purposes.
Payment
1. The price of the product must be paid in full when an order is placed.
2. Customers may make a payment by using credit card, FPX or online payment (CIMB cliks, Maybank2u, RHB Online, AMbank Online, Hong Leong Online and Alliance online transfer).
3. Payment must be made to "ERP Twenty One Sdn Bhd". - to state that ERP Twenty One Sdn Bhd is our online payment partner to avoid misunderstanding.
4. All payment is not refundable if any cancellation is made.
Product and price
1. LARAS reserves the right to make any changes in product specifications, prices, ingredients and so forth at any time without prior notice.
2. Customers are responsible to ensure the accuracy of the product and price when place an order and there shall be no variation and/or cancellation once you buy the product.
3. All Products are subject to availability and LARAS does not be liable to the customer if we are unable to supply the products for any reason whatsoever. However, we will inform you if the product is unavailable at that particular time.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
1. Orders are delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia. However, if we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact the customer and advised for the expected dispatch date.
2. Orders will be processed by LARAS within 3 business days. The actual time delivery takes depend on your location and shipping company services. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery if the delay is due to causes beyond our control.
3. The delivery cost if free for Klang Valley area. Other than that, shipping cost will be based on PosLaju rate.
4. For delivery within Malaysia, if there is no one to accept the delivery, customers may be required to pick up the parcel at a post office if the parcel is shipped through POS LAJU Malaysia.
5. Please check the delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.
Consumer Guarantee
LARAS guarantees that any goods purchased may be return if they are considered faulty, within a reasonable period of time as long as the product is unopened.
Returns Policy
1. If your purchase arrives damaged, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Please make sure that the item is not used and please retain the original packaging.
3. Any used, scratches or damages caused by shipping or carelessness will not be accepted or returned.
4. Returns are not accepted due to a cancellation, refusal or change in mind.
